You learn so much: the making, how different styles are made, how that affects flavour, how to read a Sake bottle label and (a real bonus) you have a tutored food pairing session to go along with the tastings (~ 11).

A really useful extra is you get to keep a credit card sized "cheat sheet" to help you in restaurants or at the bottle shop.
