Q. Can I see inside the brewery and the production process?
A. While access to the brewery itself is not available, you’ll explore the world of sake brewing through thoughtfully curated exhibits in our museum area — designed to deepen your understanding before the tasting experience.
Q. Can I have a vegetarian or other food option for pairing?
A. We offer vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Just let your guide know your preference on the day of your tour.
Q. Are children and adults who don’t drink allowed to join the tour?
A. Yes, non-drinkers are very welcome to join and enjoy the experience.
Children aged 4 and above can participate when accompanied by an adult. For safety and comfort, we do not accept children under 4.
Q. How much is the fee for children and adults without alcoholic drinks?
A. Yes, non-drinkers are very welcome to join and enjoy the experience. We offer non-alcoholic options during the tasting.
This experience is designed around understanding and discovering sake, so the price is the same for all participants — whether you drink alcohol or not.

Q. Where will the tour end?
A. All tours conclude at our tasting room, where you’ll enjoy a curated sake tasting experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to take home a bottle you loved.
Q. How far in advance can I book tours?
A. You can book your tour up to 6 months in advance. We recommend booking early, especially during peak travel seasons.
Q. We are a group of two, but only one slot is shown left. Can you manage to get two people in?
A. Availability shown on our website is always the most accurate. If only one spot is available, we are generally unable to accommodate additional guests.
For tours within the next 3 days, availability is usually final.
For dates further in advance, availability may change as we adjust capacity over time, so we recommend checking again later or exploring alternative time slots and tour options.
