Rieko has an amazing expertise and can relay it in a very charming and unpretentious manner. I am very sorry that I could not participate in her advanced tasting as it was scheduled on the date of my departure. I would definitely not miss it on my next visit to Kyoto. Thank you Rieko! I learned a lot.
