So this time we came back again for an Advance Sake Testing course with Mrs. Kiyomi, and we were so amazed to find out how much more can the Sake making process affect the test and aroma of the Sake. Our guide today, Mrs. Kiyomi is also very lovely and really easy going. We really enjoyed our Sake testing tour today.

What I enjoyed most was how educational the tour was. I learned how to recognize the differences between sake styles, what makes each category unique, and, most importantly, discovered what I personally like and why. The explanations made tasting the sake much more meaningful and helped me appreciate the craftsmanship behind each one.
The food pairings complemented the sake beautifully, and the guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.
A thoughtful touch at the end of the tour was receiving a set of sake cheat cards that summarize the different categories and tasting notes. They are a fantastic reference and will make it much easier to choose sake with confidence in the future.
